Hello,

I didn't intent to cross post, but I thought "multimedia" might have been a
better place to ask for help about the issue I detailed here in "questions"

If sound latency is not very important for you, you may try to increase
size of OSS audio buffers with hw.snd.latency and hw.snd.latency_profile
sysctls.
